This place was great for a group setting. We loved the amenities of the resort and awesome outdoor activities. The kitchen was fully stocked with cook ware. There was just a few issues like the coffee pot had a crack and spilled all over the counter top. The lights in the master bathroom toilet was out. And the shower curtain above the mother in law did not close all the way.

The house was dusty, had cobwebs everywhere, windows were dirty, shower curtain had pink mold on it. We stayed over Thanksgiving and paid a lot of money to be there over the holiday. We had to go out and buy cleaning products because the place was so dirty. House rules say “no pets” but the owners have a dog and cat (food and litter box there). Our friends who have cat allergies suffered the entire stay (also could have been caused by how dirty the house was). I wrote to the property manager asking for this to be rectified and for reimbursement for cleaning products purchased. He said the resort would get back to me but I never heard anything back. I followed up multiple times. I plan to contact Suncadia resort directly. This is the first time we had a poor experience in Suncadia.

This was such a great little getaway for us. The house was amazing, and clean - everyone enjoyed themselves. The hot tub was used multiple times a day, by both adults and kids. The only real bummer was that it was so hard to schedule pool time.

Easy check in and check out process. The house was immaculate and easily fit all of our guests. We had 13 people and there was room for 4 more to sleep. The hot tub was huge fitting 8 people.
