About this house rental
Semi-detached portion consisting of a large living room with dining area and TV area, a double bedroom (with air conditioning), a bathroom and a kitchen. On the mezzanine there is a relaxation area with a sofa and a bed and another bathroom. The most beautiful part of the house is the large terrace where you can sunbathe, enjoy breathtaking sunsets and dine in the company of the stars. On the other side of the house a garden with barbecue and laundry room.
The house is a two-family house. Below there is another independent house. Each of the two properties is autonomous and with independent spaces and services.
Important: check-in after 21.00 will have a surcharge of 60 euros. Check in between 21 and 24 € 150 surcharge. No check-in between 24.00 and 08.00.

Alles in allem ein sehr schönes Objekt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend, kein Massentourismus, extrem schöner Strand "Genn'e Mari" in der Nähe.

Che dire ? Ha funzionato TUTTO ! Proprietari cordiali e disponibilissimi, vista impareggiabile (impossibile trovare di meglio), appartamento dotato di ogni accessorio e comfort
Assolutamente consigliato !
Unica piccola pecca (ma non dipende dalla proprietà): per arrivarci bisogna percorrere una strada sterrata che in alcuni punti è piuttosto dissestata...
