Very bright one bedroom apartment with: canal view, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and three lovely terraces. This apartment is situated off Campo San Giacomo dall’Orio, in the Santa Croce district and it is at about 10 minutes’ walking from the railway station and Piazzale Roma (car parks and bus stations). A large double bedroom and a double sofa bed. Near the groceries.

Very bright one bedroom apartment with: canal View, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and three lovely terraces. This apartment is situated off Campo San Giacomo dall’Orio, in the Santa Croce district and it is at about 10 minutes’ walking from the railway station and Piazzale Roma (car parks and bus stations). A large double bedroom and a double sofa bed allow a romantic escape or a small family holiday. Near the groceries and excellent restaurant you will be able to enjoy the Campos’ life and retire in a very quiet spot.
The largest terrace is surrounded by plants and flowers and the smallest one is along the nearby canal. On top of the house there is an altana terrace that will put you above of most houses in Venice and give you a fantastic view. Sunny and quiet you can enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and just at 100 meters from the apartment you can choose from the best Venetian restaurants also vegetarians

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment.
The star of the show was the 3 terraces.
In the morning we had coffee on the smaller patio overlooking the canal.
We spent our afternoons on the larger middle terrace as it has an umbrella to stay in the shade and we spent our evenings on the roof top terrace looking out over Venice or staring at the stars.
The bed was comfortable and there are 2 AC units, one in the main area and the other in the bedroom.
The shower was comfortable and had great water pressure and lots of hot water.
The location of the apartment is great. It is an easy 6-10 min walk from the train station in a quiet neighbourhood.
Great starting point to explore Venice.
The only small issue was that the plants on the middle large terrace need some TLC.
All in all we would definitely stay here again next time we are in Venice.

This was our second trip to Venice and we loved our stay. It is as advertised and the location could not have better — easy to get to, short walk to the vaporetta, but also a residential neighborhood away from the crowds. Good restaurants, grocery store, Majer coffee and bread shop — all within feet of the apartment. Highly recommend

Schöne Lage als Ausgangspunkt für Venedigaufenthalt. Geschmackvoll und gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter.
