This was a great find. We were right on the ocean with beautiful views in a spacious condo. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. We had a great 2 nights there. A few comments, 5PM is a LATE checkin for the price. Most others are 3 or 4. Also, the property is at a parking lot with lots of night lighting. The curtains should be blackout because it was too light in the rooms. Lastly, I would correct the posting. It reads like there are 2 beds in each room. We knew otherwise from the pics, but it threw us off a bit. All in all, a GREAT spot!

Great location, walking distance to many things, awesome view of the ocean and beach from the living room. Decor was welcoming, unit was clean, just perfect for me and my friends. Would stay here again.

Pizmo Beach is a great location because the weather is always nice. Accessing the unit was a breeze the host is incredibly professional and provided complete and through instructions. I had no questions because of their thoughtful instruction sheet. We could see the whales breaching and spouting from the living room windows. The beach is right outside your door. The Sea Venture was across the street and they have a great restaurant upstairs. The pier is in easy walking distance. Loved our stay here and appreciated the hosts excellent communication. The hand painted walls are even better in person. The property is incredibly clean and well stocked. Loved to find a place that was handicapped accessible for my husband.

Great condo! This is one of the best stocked places we have stayed. Very comfortable from the living room to the beds. Great views and very easy walk down to the sand and to the shops. We will book here again.

Although the condo does look out at a parking lot it is easy to look past it the ocean. It was a holiday weekend and there was some outside noise but to walk out your door and see and smell the ocean is priceless.

We wanted private parking to keep the car clean and dry. Once parked we were able to walk to everything we desired. Inside was warm, quiet, and comfortable. The TV was difficult to figure out and incredibly slow to respond...but worked!! We'd like to thank the owners for sharing their property.

Nice, clean, spacious condo that has everything you need. Listing was accurate, everything as described. Location was very close to beach (just a parking lot between condo and beach)and walkable to all the downtown Pismo Beach/Pier area shops and restaurants. Sunsets were gorgeous viewed from the condo. Pet friendly made it nice for our family and pooch. Beds were very comfortable.

We had an excellent time at this property. Perfect set-up for two couples. Each bedroom has it’s own bath. Very comfortable and a great location for people watching and beach walks. Very well equipped kitchen. Great to have a 2 car garage because parking in the area is difficult.

We're not newcomers to the central coast as our daughter went to Cal Poly SLO, and we have lived in OC, San Diego, and Indio. My wife, daughter, and I (and 2 pugs) were looking for a "base of operations" to re-experience SLO, Pismo Beach, Paso Robles, Avila Beach, Morro Bay, Cambria, etc. Mission accomplished! The condo is well-located with easy access to the highway. The condo was very clean, relatively upgraded & updated, and well-equipped in the kitchen: pots, pans, utensils, etc. You still have to bring some of the basics such as butter, oil, condiments but that wasn't a big deal for us. The condo was steps away from the sand & water, and we took long walks up and down the coast. It was 2-3 blocks away from the restaurants and shops in PB which was convenient. In effect, access to the action without having to deal with traffic and parking. The only "complaints" would be that some people may find the condo's proximity to a public parking lot to be problematic. We didn't, and the condo has its own private parking with garage door. While the owner has a propane grill available, grilling on the second floor where the condo is located isn't allowed. Overall, a very nice experience

The property was perfect for spending the day at the beach with the grandkids who may need naps, bathroom breaks and frequent snacks. We really enjoyed our time at this property and definitely recommend it for others who need convenience. My husband and I enjoyed our room with a door to a balcony that we could hear the waves of the ocean while we chatted and went to bed.

This place was more than I expected. Very nicely decorated, clean and open. I had a question for the owner and he responded right away. Great location for walking downtown. We will definitely stay here again.

Spacious clean apartment with a great view of the ocean and lagoon. The stove wouldn't stop clicking and the bbq was filthy but the owner still fix that. Being directly over the public parking lot, you can hear the street sweeper every morning and whatever noise from the public. But it's a small price to pay to be able to walk to the beach every day and enjoy a beautiful sunset right from your livingroom.
