My stay in Marari God s own Villa was absolutely excellent.

I stayed in Marari God s own Villa for 4 nights. I was greeted warmly by the host and the daughters. I stayed in one of the upstairs rooms, the room was quite large, everything was very clean and the AC did a perfect job when necessary. The bathroom was spotless. I spend a lot of time on the terrace and enjoyed the home cooked meals enormously. Breakfast was so nice and dinner was just perfect. There is a quiet beach just across the street, where you can swim but be careful with the big waves, there is some nice walks along the beach and the neighbourhood is very friendly. Enjoy the homely atmosphere and the family will make sure you will have all you could ask for. And best of all: with the three lovely daughters (D, D and D) the place has it s own three angels.

The privacy, peace, proximity to the beach, the helpfulness and friendliness of the hosting family.

Nothing really. Would have been better to have an in site restaurant, but they are already working on it!

La famille est exceptionnelle. La nourriture excellente. Les chambres sont propre. La plage est à quelques minutes de là. La place est tranquille. Nous suggérons de manger sur place le soir. Les 3 filles aident à tenir la place. Il y a une bel ambiance entre les membre de la famille.

Comfortable, pleasurable and relaxing. Great to feel at home with warm and vibrant family.

A lovely well maintained property with a pleasant garden in a peaceful neighborhood. The host family are absolutely wonderful and looked after us incredibly well. They all have such beautiful energy. Very close to the beach.

Sehr zu empfehlen, wenn man abseits vom Massentourismus Indien erleben möchte

Das Haus liegt weniger Schritte vom Strand, wo man die freundlichen Fischer beobachten kann. Das Zimmer war groß, blitzsauber - ebenso das Bad. Frühstück und leckeres Abendessen wurden auf dem luftigen Balkon serviert. Die Familie ist bezaubernd, nett und fürsorglich. Ich freue mich auf ein Wiedersehen

Very relaxing environment close to the beach

Very close to the beach, quiet and peaceful. The owner and family are very friendly and accommodating to our needs. They go out of their way to assist even with help planning other activities or arranging taxis

Superb. My best stay yet during my 6 weeks of travelling.

I was made welcome immediately on arrival by the beautiful family. Both the room and the bathroom were clean, spacious and well maintained. With well positioned lighting. Later I was shown the local beach which is a few strides away from the property. Hot water for tea was made constantly available. Breakfast (which is included in the price) and my evening meal was plentiful and delicious. I will be returning when possible.

I can honestly say that there is nothing I disliked about this Homestay.

Lovely place

We loved our stay here. The family were very helpful & charming. The room was spotlessly clean & spacious. The breakfast was very tasty. It's just a short walk to the beach which is mostly empty apart from a few fishing boats. It's a bit out of the way but only a 10 minutes auto ride to the fantastic Cassia restaurant for lunch where the food was so good we went back for dinner.

Excellent family run homestay on beach with amazing food

There is nothing to dislike about this homestay. The family are delightful with 3 beautiful girls who’s English is top notch. The comfortable accommodation is a 1 minute walk across road to beach, with a little snack hut for drinks and snacks. The beach has a couple of brollies with chairs and whilst we’ve been here we’ve had to ourselves. The beach has fisherman coming and going with their boats which is fun to watch. The food for breakfast and dinner is amazing, freshly home cooked and the added bonus of the host willing to get some beers in for you. We stayed here 2 nights but have ended up staying 8 in total in between houseboat stay (arranged by host) and a trip to Munnar (transport arranged by host). We love it so much we are staying here until our flight home and the host has arranged our transport back to airport. After 3 weeks travelling the north it’s a relaxing paradise finish to our month in India. We love the family and wish we could stay longer. If your hesitating booking here, don’t, book it now you will not regret it. Forgot to mention always lovely hot water for luxurious showers!!

MARARI GOD's OWN VILLA is a family run establishment that is just a few minutes walk from a fantastic and near deserted beautiful and very clean beach. You can watch local very colorful coming and going. Nija and her family run the Homestay and they look after your every wish. She provided us with breakfast and dinner that was home cooked and delicious. She also arranged a shopping trip and a boat trip for us along with transfer to/from the airport. The Homestay is quite and peaceful and the prefect place to whist exploring the local area.
