We loved almost everything about our stay! The villa is spacious, comfortable, private, and beautifully surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. The warm private pool and relaxing outdoor area were definitely highlights for us. The location is excellent—only about a 5-minute easy walk to Kamala Beach, restaurants, and shops, while still being in a peaceful and private setting. We could even see the ocean from the large upstairs balcony. The villa has three bedrooms, plenty of living space, and a large, fully equipped kitchen with everything we needed for our 10-day stay. The WiFi was exceptionally fast and reliable. Eric even upgraded Villa #1 to a 1 Gbps internet connection specifically to accommodate my need for high-speed internet, at no additional charge. Most importantly, Eric is an outstanding host. He was extremely friendly, responsive, accommodating, and genuinely cared about making our stay comfortable. Whenever we needed anything—additional towels, toiletries, housekeeping, or airport transportation—he responded quickly and took care of it. When an unexpected rain-related electrical problem occurred, Eric immediately moved us into the identical villa next door while repairs were completed. He handled the situation professionally and made the transition completely stress-free. After more than 10 days here, we felt completely at home. The combination of the beautiful private pool, tropical surroundings, spacious villa, excellent location, fast WiFi, and especially Eric’s exceptional hospitality made this one of our favorite accommodations during our many years of traveling in Thailand. We would absolutely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Eric’s 3-bedroom, two-story villa from August 18–28, 2026. My wife and I stayed with another couple, and after more than 10 days here, we can confidently say this was one of the best accommodations we have experienced during our many years of traveling in Thailand. Eric is an exceptional host. From the time we booked until the day we left, he was friendly, responsive, professional, and genuinely concerned about making our stay comfortable. I require very reliable high-speed internet, and Eric even upgraded the WiFi in Villa #1 to a 1 Gbps connection specifically for our needs at no additional charge. We really appreciated this. The villa is spacious, comfortable, and surrounded by beautiful tropical landscaping. The private pool was one of our favorite features—it was warm and inviting, with plenty of areas around the pool and garden to sit, relax, eat, or enjoy the peaceful surroundings. There is also a charcoal BBQ grill that worked very well for outdoor cooking. The villa has three bedrooms: a large master bedroom upstairs with a queen bed, private bathroom, office area, and access to a large balcony; another upstairs bedroom with two single beds that can be pushed together; and a downstairs bedroom with a queen bed. There is also an additional queen bed in the living area, which can be removed if guests prefer more open living space. A wooden crib is also available for families with a baby or small child. The kitchen is large and very well equipped, with a refrigerator, oven, mini dishwasher, cappuccino machine, water boiler, toaster, cooking utensils, and a large dining table that can comfortably accommodate 6–8 people. The living room has a large sofa, chairs, coffee table, and wide-screen TV. Every bedroom also has a wardrobe. The location is excellent. The villa is not directly beachfront, but we could see the ocean from the upstairs balcony, and Kamala Beach is only about a 5-minute easy walk away. There are many restaurants

Pour commencer, la maison était vraiment très propre, et les draps sentaient merveilleusement bon, tout ce que j’aime! La maison est très spacieuse et parfaitement adaptée aux familles ou aux groupes, avec jusqu’à 9 couchages ainsi qu’un lit bébé disponible. C’est la 8ᵉ fois que je viens en Thaïlande et j’ai eu l’occasion d’y louer de nombreuses maisons… Je peux sincèrement dire que celle-ci est l’une de mes meilleures expériences, et certainement la meilleure en termes de rapport qualité-prix. L’emplacement est également idéal : tout peut se faire à pied! La magnifique plage de Kamala se trouve à seulement 5 minutes, et il y a de nombreux restaurants, commerces et salons de massage à proximité. Enfin, un immense merci à Éric pour sa gentillesse, sa disponibilité et sa réactivité tout au long de notre séjour. Il a toujours été présent pour répondre à nos demandes et faire en sorte que tout se passe au mieux. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Je recommande cette maison les yeux fermés ! 🌴☀️
