It's seems now common that Hotels in Germany are not staffed for reception. This does not show hospitality, but it works. The front of the hotel made us believe that the hotel was closed, but the back looked nice and was open.
we had a fantastic room: very large, a balcony, it was clean and the breakfast was great. Overall and very nice stay!

Frühstück war OK für den Preis.
Für eine Übernachtung war es ok.
Der Check in war etwas problematisch: im Internet steht, dass man zwischen 17:00 und 19:00 Uhr einchecken kann, bei der Buchung wurde auch eine Telefonnummer mitgeteilt. Um 17:30 angereist, die Eingangstür verschlossen, die genannte Rufnummer keine Verbindung, kein weiterer Hinweis. oder Zettel an der Tür. Zum Glück stand jemand vor dem Hotel, der sagte, man müsse "hintenrum" gehen, an der Rückseite fand sich dann an der Tür noch eine Handynummer auf der jemand erreichbar war, der dann den Code von einem Schlüsselkasten durchgab.
