The property offers an incredible view of Patong bay! The room was really cosy and clean and the whole hotel itself has a chill atmosphere that makes you comfortable instantly! The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. This place really feels like at home. Lots of cats are roaming around and makes the place feels even more peaceful and magical. I had the privilege to be visited by a kitten that I named poppy, and I will never forget this amazing experience. Kind people and wonderful nature and animals. I will definitely come back again as soon as I’m in Phuket again. I recommend this hotel for your stay, it’s really worth it !
There is literally nothing that I disliked about his place. Everyone is so friendly and makes you feel like you’re a part of a big family.

Everything about the property was brilliant, the viewpoint, to the service from the staff.
I received a free upgrade room on my 2nd night, they make any kind of breakfast you request with fresh real fruit smoothies.
I injured my face and needed to go to hospital, one of the lovely young girls who works there came with me to hospital and stayed with me, when we got back she made me breakfast, very heart warming.
They accommodate to everything.

The view from the hotel room was good. They was spacious.
Too pricy as per the location and the facilities of the hotel. No intercom service no phn no shared to contact any one for room service. You have to go to the reception always for any need. No in house food service available.
