Exceptional

The apartment and surrounding area were great. All staff were friendly and welcoming.

The apartment was perfect for a family of 6. It was clean and had everything we needed. The kids loved the pool and were very well kept. The main strip is an 8 minute drive, which is not an issue. If you do want a quiet holiday, this is for you, and if you want to head to the main strip, it's not too far. I personally think you get the best of both here.

We liked the view, and that it was clean.

It was far, very far from the city. If you are not a french resident with a car, don't rent this place! The staff was ok, they lack some hospitality manners! The cleaning lady handed me the keys with an angry face since she waited for us a bit. The office should have given us the keys, but they lost the other copy! They accepted cash for the security deposit, but they refused to give it back as cash, they sent it as bank transfer, and made us loose money with this transfer, since our bank is in another country! A big mess 🤦🏻‍♀️

Utterly ridiculous staying

Location is very inconvenient and the flat is impossible to locate, also you have to travel extra mile to collect the key of the property from a office in the city centre, and this is not noticeable when we book the property online.the host only provided half toll of toilet paper for 5 of us and we had booked for three nights, the host then asked us to travel back to the key collection point for more paper rolls but we ended up buying by ourselves since we cannot plan extra journey to the collection point. One of the corset door is broken and without any warning sign and fell on me.Extremely disappointing with the whole experience even we had aware of the price point of the property and only had a fair expectation.

Do Not Book This Horrendously Bad Apartment

There was not a great deal to like. It was truly terrible. The TV didn’t work, the hop was broken, the swimming pool was closed (even though we were told it would be open a few days before we left). One of the bedroom doors was locked and it was only accessible through the balcony, causing a fire hazard. The location is way out of Nice, (it seems to be 1.2k but it’s steep hill. For anyone with a disability it is not recommended, it’s impossible to get out of the complex the gradient of the hill is too difficult to manage. The manager of the property was not very communicative, he did send someone out after 6 full days of complaints but did not help to resolve any problems. He refused to communicate with Booking.com and it was simply the worst ever experience I have had with any property ever. We didn’t hire a car and the taxi driver from the airport charged us €100 euros and called us French words which were terrible unacceptable in any language but as we were all women it was very rude and distasteful because I speak some French and knew what he was saying it was something you would never say to a woman, but it rhymes with ‘hunt’ he abused us the entire journey. I am disabled and was forced to spend a further €900 to get a hotel. The journey back to the airport cost €20 in an Uber. I will never use another apartment on Booking.com. This experience was one of the worst I’ve ever had and it ruined a holiday which we booked for my mum’s 80th birthday. I would advise anyone who wants to book the apartment to think seriously it will be very difficult to find and the experience with the management was truly breathtakingly bad. I am so disappointed with Booking.com too.

All of it but mostly the lies. It’s strap-line should read “exceptionally bad” fire hazard, nothing like what is advertised.

would happily return!

great location with a beautiful view. lovely pool, clean house. happy with the value for the price!

wifi was a little confusing. if there was an additional fan or two, that could have helped a little with the heat. otherwise, not bad at all.

the view from the balcony is very good

Bathroom was not enough for group as there is only 1 bathroom and 1 toilet.

Beautiful apartment but you need a car!!

Huge balcony with plenty of space to relax - large table to eat at as well as garden sofas etc to relax on. Great views over Nice. Lovely swimming pool open till 8 at night. . The flat was clean and tidy- spacious rooms and comfortable beds. 2 bedrooms had access to balconies. Always got quick replies to texts when asked for information.

Found it very difficult to access appt once at block. Took ages to work out how to go in -entrance E. Once up to first floor not sure which door to open. Would have been useful to have had a page in appt written with info eg how to access pool, WiFi taxis nearby doctors etc. Needed a taxi to get to Nice centre as about 15- 20 mins by car Couldn't open patio doors , hairdryer didn't work .
