the place is quiet and in quite a good location, nearby the park, shop and playground. spacious and clean.
switching the technics like induction stove in extension cord is not save, while working the socket got warm and cracked all the time. so I do believe, this point should be solved as it is about safety measures that should not be ignored.

Good location. The apartment has 2 balconies ,quite small both but better than none.
Close to some restaurants and small and big shops. Close to few touristic attractions like : around 500 meters to Curtea de Arges Monastery ,around 1 km to Curtea Veche and City Museum.
The location is good to use it as a base for trips around : one hour drive to Olt Valley , 30 min drive to Vidraru Dam and Poenari Ruins and Transfagarasan Road.
Elevator not functional and the host told me will be fixed in a couple of days as she called the maintenance. Not true ,didn't see anybody until I left ,looks like is a conflict with the hotel next door.
The kitchen is pretty poor equipped ,I mean the cutlery and plates and pots and for longer stay would be helpful to add things like a cork screw ,at least one more cooking pot etc.
As a total miss ,I didn't see any hangers which might be not such big deal on summer for just 2 people but on winter time for 4 people staying there might be a little problem to keep the clothes handy or hanged.
The property is marked as sound proof insulated ,well...it's not really ,although the area is not that noisy except the traffic on the main road in front.
