Location was very good. Overlooking the river and very peaceful. The open plan lounge was amazing much larger than we expected. All the facilities around the property were great.

Central location. Shops and cafes nearby. Riverside walks. Within 15 minutes of great mountain walks. Microwave, washing machine and dryer. Spacious living and sleeping accommodation. Decent shower but slow draining. Nice bathroom.
Awkward gate and padlock for parking area. Shower room extractor not working with no other ventilation. Fridge door handle broken. Sash windows tricky. Next to Indian restaurant - odour but little noise.
I feel bad about mentioning these things but that's why businesses ask for reviews. The owner has no control over the gate and the restaurant and being fair we were told before our arrival. It's just the number of small things that give a slightly negative impression. I wish the owner well.
