Beautiful view, within walking distance of the beach, a fishing pier with a lil snack shop and observation deck, and several restaurants. The A/C was powerful and the bedroom was completely blacked out come bedtime. Really couldn't ask for more ^_^
I really can't think of anything that could've been improved upon. Good price and perfect size for 2 people.

The unit was in great condition with all the amenities listed. Drip and Keurig coffee options with coffee to get you started. Nice selection of dry spices (bring your own salt&pepper and cooking oil). Paper towels provided. The property was very well kept, clean and nice landscaping. There was always available parking in the covered area in the shade. Owner was very responsive, made sure everything was ok. Maintenance personnel responded quickly when we reported we couldn't open the freezer drawer. Pool towels were available so didn't use ours and have to dry before packing for home. Overall very comfortable and cozy.
I might pick a different location next time due to the proximity of the unit/balcony to the busy intersection. The queen bed barely fit in the bedroom with one side against the wall. We had to move the bed over a few inches for my husband to get in and out (and not over me). Otherwise, it was a very comfortable bed. We had to be careful in the tub since it was very slick (needs a bath mat). But we found the bathmat on the last day when packing (it is pushed to the far back of the vanity cabinet where we could not see it). Otherwise, all was ok.

My son liked the bunk bed arrangement and his own TV. Management was quick to respond to me during the visit, and they circled back with me after we checked out to show they took my comments seriously and fixed some problems. However, for the price we paid, I just expected a better maintained unit.
Mold issue in the shower was a known issue not fixed before we arrived (subsequently fixed later after I reported it)
Laundry is inconvenient--supplies located on second floor, but machines on 1st or 3rd. No change machines, so you have to go to the lobby to get $4 worth of quarters to do 2 loads. Incidentally, grocery stores nearby will NOT give change for bills
Huge TV in bedroom is hard to watch. You can't turn it to fully face the bed, and there is a large scrape on the wall from people trying to make it work. I didn't watch it, but found it awkward to get into the hanging closet because the TV is in the way. Consequently, we didn't use it or that closet. The management is fixing the paint issue
Bed comforter has bleach stains (known issue, not fixed before we arrived but I was told a new comforter had been ordered and just hadn't arrived)
Location had very loud motorcycle traffic, as complex is on a seriously busy corner. Given the distance from pleasure pier, I expected it to be quieter. Even sitting on the balcony, good luck trying to hear the ocean. We didn't have an address in advance, but I should have looked closer at the map to see the big roads
The beach across from the condo was closed the whole week due to pumping more sand for beach creation. I chose this location for very fast access to the beach, so that is disappointing. It meant that the adjacent beach was far more crowded
