La ubicación, el edificio,las vistas
El sofacama es antiguo y ocupa mucho espacio al estar abierto. Faltan lámparas.

Se encuentra en una ubicación privilegiada a pasos del centro cívico y la vista es maravillosa. La cocina está bien equipada para dos personas, pude realizar mis propios desayunos.

La ubicación y la vista es lo que salva al dpto.
Demoras para ingresar habiendo llegado al horario pactado. El dpto sucio en general, el baño peor, tuvieron que limpiarlo de nuevo. Cocina y bacha de baño tapadas. Colchón más grande que el box, sobresalía de ambos lados, el sillón cama muy viejo, en mal estado y un tramo del barral de cortina se caía.
