Disappointed in Blanding.

It is a cute tiny house.

The property was too small to be comfortable. The kitchenette was a hot plate. The dogs in the neighborhood barked all night. We left after the first night. We requested a refund but we were not allowed.

Love trees, private drive and private cabin, well-equipped

Some heavy dust on a shelf I placed my laptop case on and some dark hairs on floor/wall of the bathroom

Cute place, the host takes pride in the quality of the property and the comfort of the guest, quiet, private, thoughtful amenities

The amount of the extra fees was off-putting, the amounts should be disclosed prior to the guest booking the property. $50.00 for a pet is excessive @50% of the nightly rate, a $30 additional cleaning fee combined with multiple reminders to tidy up the place. If a host wants to charge a cleaning fee they should not require a quest to do part of the hosts turn over work. I stay between 10 and 20 days a year in Blading but will not return to this property

Exactly as described and worked great for us.

Loved the sparkling clean hot tub. The bed is very comfortable. Nice deck and patio with outdoor furniture and hammock.

Extraordinarily small bathroom/shower and nowhere to sit inside.

This place would be better suited for summer time.. a $50 pet fee for one night is ridiculous

Awesome little place!!

What is there to complain about? This met my our needs perfectly. The hot tub was nice and spotless. We were able to hit I think 6 national parks and this was the perfect homebase for it. we will definitely be booking with them again!

OK for one night, not on our list for future trips!

Location was good for us passing through Blanding.

Hot Tub not working. Appliances old, not real clean. Assorted items in kitchen left from others or ?? Not the usual set up for a listing like this Only one sink for “kitchen and bath” Very small bathroom “Outdoor lights out at 10 pm” when neighbor keeps his spotlight on all night!!! The added $30 cleaning fee and then being asked to “tidy up” for the cleaner. The added $150 security deposit/ CC hold kept for 3+days after check out. Need I continue?

the cabin & the location

the HOT TUBE set up, it is open to neighbors and the main road, NO privacy enclosure, we did not use it.

Had a great time and slept well - perfect fomula!

Easy access. Quiet neighborhood, Great location to access lots of public lands.

Town is very small so bring food or carefully plan your meals. Local grocery store is very nice. As others mentioned, it is small but comfortable.

Location was in a congested neighbor within city limits. I was expecting a little more seclusion. Other than that the facility was clean, and comfortable.

Way to small for more than a night

Clean and the decoration theme. The bed was very comfortable. The managment company is very responsive if you text them

Smelled like curry when we first walked in, doesnt have wifi because the router is at the house next door and kept going in and out so we just stopped using it even though our cellphone signal was terrible. Still better then the wifi. This place is TINY. The bathroom is a closet. When you sit on the toilet your feet are practically in the shower. The shower is so small. The AC worked great one day and then not the next. We ended putting a box fan in front of it to help keep the room cool. We ended up leaving early because we just couldnt take how small the place was. Smaller than most hotel rooms. Basically a small walkway on either side of the bed, and to the sink/kitchen/bathroom. The fridge, even on the coldest setting, didnt chill our room temp drinks even after being in the fridge for days. The freezer does a better job of chilling since it doesnt cold enough to freeze. Just get a hotel room in Moab and you will not only be hours closer to everything, but have more room and more towels. We had two towels for two people for 5 days and requested more but never got them.

Perfect place to crash between adventures

It’s at a great location, between TONS of adventures. It’s the perfect size to sleep, eat, and get ready for the next adventure. The owners are extremely nice, and attentive when needed (I had a small electrical issue, which they jumped right on, but didn’t enter the cabin without my permission), otherwise I didn’t see them and it was quiet. It has everything you’ll need... hot plate, toaster oven, microwave, etc. It’s quite charming with Kokopelli decor and hand prints on the walls. It was very clean and cozy.

Could use one more outlet near the bed... it only has one and I require a CPAP machine, so I wasn’t able to charge my phone near me. There are plenty of other outlets in the room though... it just meant I had to get out of bed to snooze my alarm. Not a big deal... being super picky with this answer.

Best place to stay in Blanding

Easy check in. Very clean and had everything you need for a very comfortable and relaxing stay. Great location for sight seeing in the local area. Great history to the cabin. Very well decorated and very comfy bed. Would recommend it to others and would stay again.

There is nothing to dislike. Great cozy place to stay.
