Correct price for a correct service

The location at the foot of the ski piste and being surrounded by shops and restaurants. Everything as expected: 2 stars apartment with basic equipment. No luxury but everything there what was needed. Good heating system. We arrived just after 7pm (closing time of the agency managing the flat) and they left our key in an envelope with my name in a restaurant close to the agency. One sofa bed for two people in the living room and a single bed at the entrance door. I stayed with my two children at Xmas here and we had a great time in this flat. We will definitely come back here if we are coming next time.

I had to do the check-in and check-out at an agency about 500meters from the flat. The check-in and check-out time is very limited: arrival has to be only between 3pm and 7pm and check-out between 9am-10am. Floor cleaning from quests is required before check-out. Making beds and removing bedsheets has to be done by the guests too. But no hidden surprise, all these arrangements were communicated beforehand. Big inconvenience that there are only a couple of public parking places in the street, which are all taken, but as much as I saw it, it is a general problem in Andorra.. As it was snowing during our entire stay, the police requested to remove the vehicles anyway and to park them in a parking house. So even if there would have been a parking place, it had been illegal to use them. The nearest parking house is 600meters.

we payed for a 5 bed accommodation and were given 3. The staff was rude and said they couldn’t do anything about the issue and that booking.com is who caused the issue. they offered no discount or refund and were very dismissive and rude as previously stated.
