Space of the villa and rooms are wide
Staff so friendly and available during hours ready to help
Transfer of the hotel to Kamala beach and near locations
Location of the villa compare to other places
If someone is suffering from car/transport sickness will get some difficult time back and forth to villa
Also prepare yourself to mosquitos and lizards in the villa, you should close the doors all the time
Our villa was near a big theatre where all loud sounds was annoying
