About this apartment rental
The area where the apartment is located is very special, in the historical center just behind the famous La Fenice Theatre, a few steps from Campo Santa Maria Zobenigo (Giglio) where along the famous Calle Larga XXII Marzo (full of shops, Griffe and 5-star hotels that overlook the Grand Canal) you get a 5-minute walk to Piazza San Marco. The location is central and enviable.
The entrance looks like a typical Venetian entrance, with a scale of Istrian stone.
The apartment consists of a large entrance, two double bedrooms (with possibility of 2 single beds or 1 double bed for each room), two bathrooms with shower, a kitchen with dining room and a large living room with a sofa bed for any two other guests. It is equipped with air conditioning.
The view from the living room is a typical view of a Venetian canal with the passage of gondolas and boats typical of the lagoon.
The apartment has recently been carefully restored and the ceiling beams, as well as the marble floor 'terrazzo veneziano', give this home a touch of sophistication and elegance.

This apartment was absolutely perfect for our stay in Venice and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.[vrbo 2]Francesca was an exceptionally kind, generous, and helpful host, making everything from check‑in to local recommendations feel easy and welcoming. The apartment itself was very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and wonderfully cozy, giving us a peaceful place to relax after exploring the city. Being right on the canal made the stay truly special – we loved watching the gondolas glide by and listening to the singing and accordion music in the evenings, which felt like a classic Venice experience. The location was also ideal: close to everything we wanted to see and do, yet it still felt like a calm, authentic neighborhood rather than a crowded tourist area. Overall, staying here was a wonderful experience, and we would gladly book this apartment again on a future trip to Venice.

We had a wonderful stay here! The host was very communicative and helpful in arranging the water taxis for us to and from the airport and meeting us upon arrival. The location of the apartment was perfect for walking around and exploring and the canal views from the apartment were beautiful.

Francesca was an amazing host, and was very responsive with any needs we had. The apartment was absolutely as advertised in the pictures, with great views and my family had a wonderful time. if we ever go back we will certainly try to book this place again. The location was perfect. Turn one corner and you’re a very quiet neighborhood with no noise away from all the tourists. It’s as if you’re living like a local!

We stayed here for 4 nights, and the location was great, central to everything. However, there are mold/mildew problems. The washing machine had mold in it, the bath mats were moldy, there was a leak in the living room from rain, and we found evidence of mold on the wall.
