All in all, the stay was fine!

The room was very clean and comfortable. There was a large refrigerator and kitchen sink in the room which was very convenient. Across the way was a room with laundry facilities, ice machine and microwave, The machines were clean and updated The Evergreen was quaint with 15 - 20 rooms only; I think it gives the motel an opportunity to give excellent customer service to a few instead of spreading thin to the many.

I would of given an excellent rating except for a couple of glitches. the housekeeping staff accidentally threw away some medication I had in a cup on the table. And the air conditioner was not working properly but not a big deal and the staff was responsive to my concern

A comfortable environment with excellent access to the town.

Well maintained and thoughtfully laid out. Mattresses very comfortable.

Parking is a challenge as there is very little space to pull in and out.

We were so pleasantly impressed!

Very clean! Staff were so friendly and welcoming. And the little touches were so much appreciated. Would definitely recommend.

Very enjoyable!

Only a block or two from the heart of West Yellowstone and the entrance to the park. Our unit was wonderfully clean and we liked parking right next to our door. The location was very quiet. The small tables and chairs next to each unit were quaint and fun.

We really enjoyed our stay. A couple of things would be helpful - a much quieter a/c unit and a small mirror in the bedroom.

A cozy, comfortable room with a very comfortable bed.

I went on a 10 day road trip and stayed in many hotels. This was far and away the favorite location I stayed at during my trip. The girl working the check in desk was amazingly friendly and informative. When you enter your room you have a hand written note with the weather for the next day. What an amazing, friendly little touch. The decor in the room was so warm and comfy. The bed was the best bed I slept on in days. It was amazing. An AC unit is provided in the room as well.

The ONLY thing I can think of that someone might not enjoy is how small the bathroom is. As a solo traveler it didn't bother me at all. But definitely not enough room for 2 people to be in there at the same time. Non issue for me, this place was amazing.

A good find in West Yellowstone.

The lobby and room had charming touches. They've done a nice job remodeling an old motel. Very comfy bed. Though they say "no meal" snacks are available, and in the morning there was a nice selection of pastries and good coffee in the office.

Room was small, and the floors squeaked - but, hey, it's an older property and some things you just can't fix!

We love it.

Great place! Clean room and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Booked because add said Wi-Fi and fridge. There was no Wi-Fi yet they told us to go to a website for information about the place. There was a fridge but no freezer so could not refreeze my freezer packs. Lost some of my food today.

Very comfortable, clean, and a great location. (And the bed was comfortable!!)

Didn’t have any breakfast. The laundry facility was a great surprise. We were going to have to go to a laundromat. It was very clean and worked out great. We would recommend this place to anyone.

Loved the bed, the air conditioner ruin it though

The bed was wonderful. so comfy and cozy

the air conditioner was so loud that I couldn't sleep with it on. The floors creaked and when the neighbors walked around it was very loud.

Exceptional and sooooo freshly detailed and CLEAN!

EXCEPTIONAL!!! Fresh, updated rooms, friendliest staff ever!! Clean, clean, clean! The location is only a block from downtown eateries/shopping, coffee truck across the road, and 5 minutes to Yellowstone entrance. I am blown away by how cute this place is. It's so obvious they truly care about every detail, down to the shower gel/shampoo/conditioner bracket - NO little clumsy bottles- sliding hickory doors, porcelain planked floors, and stylish and understated woodsy details. Que welcomed us and was sooooo friendly and helpful. If you can book this gem...do it immediately. The BEST accommodations we have experienced on our trip west.
