Beachfront town home with spectacular ocean views located directly on St. Augustine Beach. The property boasts 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms. Can comfortably sleep 6-8 guests, but also great for couples wanting a spacious and private retreat on the beach. Master bedroom with king bed on the third floor has unbeatable ocean views. The ocean will be the first thing you see every morning. Can even crack open the sliding glass door to the balcony to listen to the crashing waves as you drift off to sleep at night. Very spacious master bathroom adjoined to the master bedroom with walk in shower. The third floor balcony provides the best views of the beach and ocean. The perfect spot to start your day with a coffee or tea and watch the amazing sunrises. Main floor is on the second floor where the kitchen, dining area, living room, and half bathroom are located. Huge kitchen area with ample counter space. Many kitchen amenities to choose from. Fridge and freezer, microwave, coffee maker, Keurig, blender, and much more. Living room is furnished with very comfortable furniture to maximize your time to rest and relax. Smart TV with cable access to all major channels/networks to provide entertainment throughout your stay. Also, there is a desk area located in the living room for any work from home travelers that want to work with an ocean view. The large sliding glass doors takes you out to the 2nd floor balcony with an outdoor dining area to enjoy your meals while taking in the beautiful sights and sounds of the ocean. The entrance brings you into the first floor where the two guest bedrooms are located as well as two full bathrooms. The first guest room has a comfortable queen bed with adjoining ensuite full bathroom. Equipped with smart tv with access to cable networks as well as streaming apps. There is also a private desk area. The sliding glass doors take you out to front patio on the lawn level. The second guest room provides two queen beds as well as a smart tv. Just down the hall is another full bathroom. There is a washer and dryer on the first floor that can be used throughout your stay as needed. The home provides high speed internet with excellent and reliable connection throughout the house. There is also central air conditioning and heat provided for every room. We have for your use: beach chairs, beach towels, wake boards, and more beach accessories. We have several bicycles for your use to ride around the area. No need to pack up and travel with all your beach gear! The community provides a large pool and hot tub with ample lounge chairs and tables. Just a very short walk from the unit you will be staying at. Just a few minutes by walking, biking, or driving to groceries, restaurants, shopping, ice cream, putt-putt golf and more. We had a great time on our 1st visit to St Augustine Beach. The condo has a nice beach view from the 2nd and 3rd floors.
Very comfortable reclining chairs were a big plus.
When renting the unit, we asked the owner if there was a hand shower in the main shower (it didn't show in the pictures. This is something we like to have. It turns out that there wasn't one, but there is now. A new shower head with a hand shower attachment was added just because we asked about it. That's a new and very positive VRBO experience.

The nit is well appointed in rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, large comfortable living room. We had rainy weekend so did not use the patios even though they looked very inviting. The downstairs bed by the beach (dolphin room) squeaks loudly and frequently when you move - other than that everything was great

We enjoyed our stay. Bedrooms and bathrooms was sufficient. Clean, but a little musty on the ground floor level. Kitchen had everything we needed. The beach chairs and wagon were super helpful. Views of the dunes and ocean were great. Publix and a great little park were a short walk down the road.

Wonderful location with a nice deep pool and a hot tub for the community. Boardwalk to beach has shower to rinse off and a foot shower too. Pool has restrooms and showers too. The unit is 3 floors so it is roomy. 3.5 bathrooms. It does have stairs so beware if that’s a problem for you. Cute and cozy furniture and decor. Nice kitchen and spacious. One car garage holds many beach chairs and a canopy and beach wagon and bicycles. Many beach and pool towels there. And the balconies are great. The beach is beautiful. This was our 11th year visiting Saint Augustine Beach. We will definitely stay at condo/ townhome again.

This was our 1st time in St. Augustine and it did not disappoint. We really enjoyed the close proximity to the beach, it was just a short walk away. The fact that beach chairs, a canopy, towels, bikes, beach toys, etc. were made available to us was a huge bonus. The pool and hot tub were nice as well and very well maintained. This condo was perfect for our family and we will definitely be back!

Was a great place to stay. Easy access to the beach and what a view. Pool was clean and nice. Easy access to restaurants and grocery stores. We had 3 couples and the space worked well for us. Each couple had their own bathroom- always a plus.

Our family of 3 couples and a toddler had lots of room to enjoy time together as well as space for privacy. Walkover to the beach was right outside the door with convenient area to rinse off from the beach. The condo was clean and comfortable, kitchen offers everything you’ll need for your stay and room to move around. Location is convenient to greet restaurants and activities of St. Augustine.

Generally, condo was acceptable. Issues - 1) Could not get hot water in one of the downstairs bathrooms. Thus, had to endure Luke warm, at best, showers. 2) Towel rack in one of downstairs bathrooms was off the wall. 3) Toilet in one of downstairs bathrooms constantly was flushing/recycling all day and night. 4) Could not get TV in one of downstairs bedrooms to function. Could not find controller for TV. 5) Front door digital lock was not reliable. About 25% of the time, the digital lock would not activate/lock when door was closed. One time it took over 10 minutes and numerous attempts to get system to lock.

Loved staying at this property. We enjoyed using the bikes that were available as part of our stay and having three balconies to choose from for different views was awesome. Would definitely recommend as long as everyone in your party can handle stairs.

Great location in the complex and in St Aug’s Beach. The condo is just a little outdated but it makes up for everything with everything the owners provide. The kitchen is equipped with every gadget, pan, mixing bowl, serving platter you could ever need.
Bedrooms were great. Sheets were soft and bathrooms were spacious. Master bath has been recently renovated.
We were quite pleased with everything!

Loved the oceanfront condo! Didn’t get to use the pool or go on the beach due to Tropical Storm Nicole. We had to leave a day early due to high winds and forecast for flooding (which happened). We were fortunate that we left when we did. Spoke with the owner about a partial refund but haven’t heard back yet. Hoping to get something back as we had to end our vacation early go rent hotel rooms further north. Very nice condo and location for the 2 days we were there. Will come back for sure!

Condo was very clean the views were amazing on all 3 levels. Very easy and short walk to beach. In this area you can also drive on the beach which was so helpful. We could park our truck in front of condo so going to beach each day was easy. The bottom garage is filled with beach chairs (7), wagons, toys, highchair every thing you would ever need for beach. We will definitely be booking again. The pool was very nice also. Great Vacation place!

The condo is well equipped from the Kitchen to the beach toys and bikes. The patio furniture is a little large for the space, but the views make it almost unnoticeable! The overall design of the unit makes it very versatile, there are two balconies on the ocean side above the dunes, a very private ground floor lanai and west exposure second floor patio. We especially enjoyed the west patio when evening the sea breeze got chilly. We are regulars to spring in St Augustine and this rental will become a part of our future plans!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful ocean-front condo. The kitchen is spacious and well stocked with lots of pots, pans and dishes, and there is plenty of comfortable seating in the living room. The condo has lovely patio/balcony seating areas on each level with great views. This is a perfect location for beach access while also within easy reach of downtown locales. In addition, it is an easy drive to Historic St. Augustine. This was our first visit to this area, but it won't be our last!

Excellent ocean front property with all the amenities. Only suggestion is to keep the decoration and size of furniture to a minimum. The size of the condo was great but overtaken a bit by the size of the furniture. The furniture was nice and comfortable but a bit to large for the space. Otherwise we would definitely rebook.

As mentioned, this unit needs some attention from the owners. It is very clear they do not visit the site much and let the property management team take the lead. We booked this town home for a family trip that included grandparents and an eight month old baby. First, the description of the unit should be two bedrooms/ one loft as the master suite does not have a bedroom door or wall (don’t plan on sleeping if anyone is still awake in the living room). This became an issue as we planned to have the baby upstairs in the master bedroom away from noise. It was way to loud and we needed to move her downstairs. Off to a rough start but wasn’t a deal breaker. Second, we arrived the ice maker was broken but thankfully the property manger had someone come fix it as soon as possible. We also needed to have the tub downstairs snaked as it would not drain (another issue I saw mentioned in the reviews before). Again, neither were deal breakers. Third, we were only able to enjoy one of two patios as the chairs were falling apart on the one off the living room. I did speak to the property manager and she stated she knew this was an issue, had informed the owner but no new furniture had been purchased. Finally, please don’t rely on using most of the beach toys mentioned. Most of the bicycles are broken, the larger beach umbrellas don’t latch open (found that out after lugging it down to the beach) and make sure to bring your own beach buggy as the one provided is broken. I did reach out to the owner by message over VRBO and didn’t not hear back… On the positive side, the community is very nice. The location to the beach is great, the pool was clean, the kitchen is well stocked and the bathrooms were nice. Overall we were disappointed with the unit. I would recommend updating the posting with a more accurate description so the expectations are equal to what is provided. Unfortunately half our party left early due to the lack of sleep able to be had in the nosey loft area. Next year we will spend our money elsewhere.

Property location was excellent with great beach access. The unit itself was a bit dated but everything worked fine. The outdoor furniture on decks were in need of an upgrade. Overall…this unit served my brothers an I well for our annual get together. Would recommend to others in need of a beach getaway.

This was our first stay here and overall is was wonderful! Let me break it all down as I know it’s super helpful for others!
I’ll start with Pros!
-right on the beach, you are just a walk over the bridge! Every morning I went out on the balcony (3rd floor has the view) and watched the sunrise and it was absolutely breathtaking every single morning.
-communication with the host was perfect- we had an issue and Karol responded to me within minutes and it was much appreciated!
-it was 95% cleaned and ready for us!
-lots of useful items in the garage for the beach!
-great location!
Cons
-parking area is extremely small and hard with a bigger vehicle, thankfully the condo next to us was empty and made it easier to get in and out.
-keys were not in the lockbox but our deadbolt wasn’t locked and we were able to get in.
-property worker would park in the no parking zone right behind our vehicle and we kindly asked if he’d move so we could get out he told us he can park there because he works there and he’d be back later.
-house was mostly clean, rugs need a really good cleaning and not being able to wear shoes in the home made me cringe a little.
-top balcony needs plastic furniture so it can be wiped down in the morning to sit on to watch the sunrise.
Overall I’d definitely go back!!
