Good and I think worth the price - as long as it doesn't increase any further.

The location is good as its close to Fistral Beach. The parking space was very handy.

The kitchen needs new cutlery and cooking utensils- including knifes. And I also think new plates, bowels and more than one tea towel. In the bathroom the flusher needs to be fixed- it works but you can see the metal fixing around it isn't sturdy. A bath mat and hand wash stocked up in the bathroom would help.

The apartment was very nice clean and comfortable a nice 20 or 30 minute walk into newquay

There was a lack of tv channels and a very poor internet signal

Very average, will not stay again unless owners wake up and spend to upgrade

Location

Strange entry procedures, key fob is not active. Dirty floors. Very warm and can’t control temperature. Broken blinds in lounge area. No TV in bedroom , only £100 to correct. Very clinical, owners making good return on investment, but need to reinvest, simply a few hundred pounds !

The location is good as its close to Fistral Beach. The parking space was very handy.

It was clean and well equipped
