This building is the perfect place to stay in Nashville. We were in a busy area for New Year's but the noise was surprisingly not a problem. The property manager lives in the building and is very responsive and helpful. The whole experience was quite delightful; even drop-off and parking were easy.

Stayed in Nashvilefor thanksgiving week with family -always difficult to cook in “someone else’s kitchen “but that was expected and planned for. If you go to bed early, this might not be the exact location for you, as even on the sixth floor It is very loud until 3 o’clock in the morning…. if you’re in town to participate in the music party that is Nashville, then this place is absolutely perfect.

The place was wonderfully decorated with superb bedding and pillows. Second bathroom could use a couple of shelves to put toiletries, but manageable. The outside patio right on the alley was the most fun for people watching and visiting with Darold, the manager, and other guests. But the Alley was the highlight!!! Literally within yards of fantastic food, cocktails and music. Being on the 6th floor kept the late night noise from disturbing our sleep. This place made our trip what it turned out to be....MEMORABLE

My girlfriend and another couple stayed here. The location was perfect, s short walk to the Ryman and Broadway. Bars and live music just across the alley. We would absolutely stay here again. The host was very friendly and helpful with anything we needed

Walking into this fantastic apartment, we were overjoyed at our choice of places to stay in Nashville. Great welcoming from Darold the manager who was very responsive for any questions we had.

The loft was the perfect place to stay when visiting downtown Nashville. It was a short walk to Broadway and all the live music, Hattie B's, Bridgestone Arena, shopping, and restaurants. We took an uber to the Parthenon, but that was the only time we didn't just walk somewhere. We were in town for a concert, so the convenience of walking to the arena was incredible. Make sure you make a reservation if you want to park on the corner of church and printer's alley, especially on a weekend. We paid in advance for three days, but upon arriving the lot was blocked with a "full" sign. We spoke with the attendant who confirmed our reservation and opened up the top levels that allowed for extra parking. The lot was TIGHT and we were driving a large suv. I was so relieved when we finally found our parking space. This garage is a hop, skip, and a jump away from the loft, so very convenient. We had great food at the Black Tap, Hattie B's, Pancake Pantry, and Blue Sushi Sake. We waited at Hattie B's and the Pancake Pantry and it was totally worth the wait! The property manager was very responsive to our texts and offered helpful information about local businesses. Would definitely recommend!

The four of us had an incredible stay! Everything was as described in the listing. Property is charming with a fun and vibrant location. It was unique and unlike any property we've stayed at. My wife and I stayed with her two daughters (7) and (10). The loft is exactly as described. It’s very modern and clean. We stayed Monday through Thursday. Only heard a little street noise while in the living room area, no noise heard while in the bedrooms. It was in walking distance to mini restaurants and amenities. Only downside is you have to pay for parking everywhere downtown. Only downside is you have to pay for parking everywhere downtown. We parked at Public Square park. It’s $20/day but there’s not free in/out Plus the time resets at 6am. It wasn’t great for short term as its $4/half hour. To unload and load its best to quickly use the parking spaces in Bankers Alley.

Loft lifting was spot on and stay was excellent! Loved all of the extra little touches throughout. Location was perfect; we parked in the nearby parking garage and walked to everything during our stay. The property manager, Darold, was knowledgeable and enjoyable speak with. Extra HUGE shout out to Darold for helping us on the last day when we discovered our car battery had died. Would definitely recommend checking out this location and would certainly stay there again.

You could not ask for a better place to stay in Nashville, the condo is very nice and has everything one could need. The property manager was super helpful and very nice. Don't forget about the concierge they knocked it out of the park decorating for my wife's 30th birthday. Excellent experience all around.

Stopping in Nashville was a last minute decision on a road trip to Texas. We were thrilled to find such a cool, eclectic loft so close to Broadway. The listing had everything we needed and more. We were able to bring our 2 small dogs, park nearby, and walk to dinner and music. Our only regret was that we couldn’t stay longer.

This location was absolutely perfect and I cant wait to stay here again. The Property itself could use a little work such as the floor boards are broken/lose but it was clean and a prime location! The lights strung from the buildings and the jazz music when we arrived set the mood immediately. We felt safe at night time and it was the perfect spot to go back to at night time with your hotel being 20 steps away from the bars on printers ally.

Printers Alley Lofts are a fantastic flashback in time and a perfect location for both business and pleasure. Plenty of action right outside your door but quiet enough that we could get good sleep each night in preparation for our conference we were there for. Highly recommend this to anyone looking for a true Nashville experience!

Pictures look great, very clean and bright.
we took the first unit and there was only 1 bathroom/ shower for 4 people to share.
We asked for another unit and got the penthouse suite.
it was a large space and had two full master suites.
however, the closet in the master suite had the stench of wet carpet. there was black mold on the walls and around the vent.
there was clearly an issue of water in the unit.
Melody did reimburse us some money but for the money you pay at this property there are plenty of other properties that you can choose from.
the hallway on the way to the unit smelled like weed most days.
I would not recommend staying here.

We stayed 3 nights in the City Loft Penthouse in Printer's Alley, and enjoyed every moment! The property was fun and funky, and high enough above street level that we slept well, even on a busy weekend. Checking in and out was hassle-free. WiFi worked well, the TVs not so much, but we weren't really there to watch TV. Skull's Rainbow Room is right across the alley and serves great drinks and food along with live jazz. Walking distance to the entire downtown scene. We look forward to staying here again on a return visit!
