For my first time in Florence, I couldn’t have picked a better place to stay!
The location is a 5 minute walk from the Duomo and a 10-15 minute walk from the train station (depending on luggage). The beds and pillows were comfortable and the room was incredibly soundproofed for a deep, long night’s sleep.
Also! The host - Stefano - is the kindest, most helpful person who truly cares for his guests and their experience in Florence. If he offers to give you a map of Florence TAKE IT! Stefano can highlight local restaurants or experiences that aren’t found in any travel guides :)
The shower head is a little finicky. It sits at an awkward angle and wets the tiles outside of the shower.

Close to everything, the host was super accommodating and fast to respond. Room was cleaned every day, and a great size. Bed was comfy.
The room had no windows and the air conditioning was set at 25 degrees, and worked just fair (upstairs stayed very hot often).
