This hotel was exactly what we needed for three nights in Florence. It was clean, had a nice break to kick off our day, and the staff were so friendly and helpful, even ordering a cab for us to get to the airport on our last day! Our room was on the small side, but there was plenty of room for our luggage and the bathroom had a good use of space. The AC was working well which was nice as it was hot while we were there. The location was wonderful - close enough to walk everywhere but not right in the mix so it was quiet and peaceful. We would definitely stay again!

I loved this place! The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were spacious and get shower and soaking bath tub. The staff was so friendly. The breakfast in the morning is just downstairs and great variety. Wonderful coffee and juice options. I was very happy with my stay here!
