The staff is very friendly and the location is absolutely perfect!! Everything is around you within a 15 minute walk. I told them we were staying here for our honeymoon and they were very kind to have a dessert waiting for us in our room that said “best wishes.” This small gesture shows how much the staff truly cares here and they will go above and beyond. They were also kind enough to schedule us our cab for when we left. I absolutely recommend staying here!!

Solo Experience Hotel is fantastic. We had a great time there. The hotel was clean, and the room was wonderful. Of course, if I go back to Florence, we will stay there.

Staff was so helpful. Very convenient location. They have a bar on site that I would skip......otherwise we will gladly stay here again.
