We spent the last weekend of the summer at this property in Florence. Overall, the apartment was very clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable. Communication with the host was prompt and helpful, they even allowed us to check in earlier than expected, which we really appreciated.
We encountered a major issue with the air conditioning. Even though outside temperatures reached 38°C, the AC unit was locked at 27°C, regardless of what temperature we set on the remote (even when set to 16–17°C). Because of this restriction, we had to leave the AC running non-stop, including overnight, to keep the room bearable. Unfortunately, this constant airflow ended up giving me a bad cold after our trip. Limiting the AC to 27°C during a heatwave is not acceptable and significantly impacted our stay. Also the bed it's a bit to small and not so comfortable.

Nos hospedamos 3 pasajeros en plan de viaje turístico/ familiar durante dos noches a fines de junio de 2026.
El semipiso cuenta con tres habitaciones independientes con baño externo en nuestro caso; y cocina equipada completa de uso común.
El cuarto era amplio, con aire acondicionado y estantes para guardado / percheros.
Cómodas las camas y limpios las habitaciones/ baño.Una mujer nos recibió y entregó las llaves amablemente.
La ubicación es muy buena a 10 minutos de la estación de trenes y a 50 mts de Capilla Medici. La zona es segura a toda hora y cuenta con amplia oferta de restaurantes y mercados.
Lo elegiría para una nueva estancia en Florencia.

Perfekt läge och personalen hjälpte snabbt till om man hade frågor eller behövde hjälp med något.
Det var en liten hiss, vilket såklart boendet inte kan påverka. Men hissen fungerar väl och man tar sig upp och ner som man ska.

The location is fabulous. We could directly bring our luggage walking from the railway station to here. The kitchen was well equipped and the landlord even marked the label in the fridge so that people would not mix their own food. Around 21:00, we worried if the noise from the alley but it turned to be very quiet since 22:00.
The sink in the bathroom was a bit tiny so that it was not easy to hand wash clothes. Nevertheless, it was not designed for that so we understood this situation. No other complaints!!
