Location. It was very clean and it had AC :)

Property is well connected to the city without attracting the touristy crowd. The rooms are as pictured: very clean and neat. What surprises and impresses us is despite the compact size (challenging to open two small suitcases at once), it has everything we need, including an incredibly (if not too) effective air con and washing machine and light refreshments at the common area. It oddly evokes a homey vibe which made our brief stay at Florence safe and relaxing.
Property is quite compact but considering the overall price point in Florence, it’s quite a deal :)

Our host was very friendly and nice. The location was excellent. It was spotlessly clean and the bed was the most comfortable ever.
Toiletries provided including shaving kit and toothbrushes, which was amazing
