Nice location, spacious room, bed comfortable. Extra pillows available in room so no need to ask for it. Room cleaned in the morning, shower gels etc refilled.
Stairs to flat was not issue for us, but might be for elderly or families with buggies.
Would’ve been nice to have mini fridge in the room and a bottle of water on arrival.
TV only had italian channels on it, no streaming services.

The location is great! Very close to the Uffizi and Duomo and multiple restaurants.
Our room was very clean and Sylvie (hostess) was super nice. She took the time to provide a map and to point out key locations that may be of interest. And, I truly appreciated the air conditioning, since it was 97 each day we were there.
The stairs were a challenge with luggage and after long days of walking around Florence. Also, the heat didn’t help either :)

The location is walkable to most things you want to see and do. Nice bathroom, good shower pressure.
This property was listed as bed and breakfast and there was no breakfast. Also, was over priced. The 69 stairs up to the guest suites would not be agreeable to most people. There is no real staff available on the property. There is not air conditioning and if you are staying in the summer mo the having the window open means what I presumed to be mosquitoes were relentless. I still have marks on my kegs one month later. Also wifi was not working properly. Was most expensive property we stayed in in Italy and the worst quality
