Great location! Our host was friendly and helpful.
Our bathroom was private but located in the hallway right next to the kitchen and dining area for morning breakfast. We made it work but was a bit awkward at first. Not as private as we thought.

I cannot recommend this b&b strongly enough 💙 Fantastic location. The rooms were clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. We were lucky enough to have a beautiful view of the Arno river! Beds were comfortable and air conditioning kept us comfortable in the summer heat.
What really made this experience memorable was the hospitality. Carolina and Giulia go above and beyond to make you feel like family. They are so warm, welcoming and accommodating. Extremely easy to communicate with. We hope to return to Florence someday and will certainly choose to stay here again.
We loved everything! BUT One thing to note - they are forthcoming about this but they are located on the top floor of a beautiful historic building with no elevator. They were kind enough to assist with carrying up luggage - but if you are elderly / physically disabled it is something to be aware of!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, with lots of windows overlooking the River Arno. The sheets were beautifully white, soft, and traditionally starched, which added a lovely touch of old-world charm.
What I liked most was that there was no television in the room. I thought this was an excellent idea, as it encouraged me to switch off, read, relax, and truly enjoy my holiday. The Wi-Fi was excellent, so I could still stay connected when I wanted to.
I also really enjoyed the breakfast. What I thought was a particularly classy touch was the fact that guests had access to the kitchen, where they could make tea or coffee, fetch water or orange juice, or even help themselves to a glass of red wine or limoncello. I loved being able to take a drink out onto the balcony and relax after a long day exploring Florence.
The breakfast itself felt very homemade, which I appreciated. The cookies were delicious, and the amazing confitures served with breakfast were another highlight. There was a lovely sense of care and warmth throughout the experience.
The host was one of the most helpful and charming hosts I have ever met. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble, and there was a genuine willingness to do everything humanly possible to make guests feel comfortable and well looked after. That personal warmth made the stay even more special.
Overall, I found the hotel charming, comfortable, and refreshingly different. It was the kind of place that encouraged me to slow down, relax, and really enjoy Florence. I would happily stay here again.
There was absolutely nothing I disliked. Everything was perfect, from the beautiful room and wonderful breakfast to the thoughtful touches and exceptional hospitality. It was a truly enjoyable stay.

Location was perfect, right on the river and a very short walk into Firenze. The property was stunning, with beautiful features. The breakfast area had a nice outside sitting area where we ate breakfast and played games after our evening meal. Our host was so nice and very helpful. She made us feel very welcome, she made wonderful breakfasts, and gave us good advice. There were lots of things for guests to use for free, at anytime. For example, drinks from the fridge, water, bandages, insect spray, candies, some liquor. I would fully recommend the property
The only drawback was the lack of an elevator. The property is on the 4th floor. Our host helped us carry luggage up the stairs on arrival. It was a minor negative for us.
