Absolutely the best location, literally around the corner from the Duomo, and only 10 -15 minutes easy walk from the train station. Super close to all the main sites, and the wonderful restaurants and cafes of Florence. Perfect to easily see everything on foot! The room was a good size and had everything I needed for my stay. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was simple Continental style, and tea/coffee was available all day, which was great. There was a lift :).
The shower was quite small. But had good water pressure!

Location was very good and property was clean - maid came in regularly.
Available breakfast in kitchen was good.
Host was not available to let us in the room - even though I had emailed our arrival time AND reception was to be available 11-5pm on our Sunday arrival.
Had to call him 3 times before answer and his text didn’t arrive until I called a second time.
Air conditioner leaked - and had leaked water before our arrival. Floor had lifted a little where water was pooling.
