We really loved our room! It was spacious and had a wonderful view from the window. Having a refrigerator in the room was also a big plus.
The rooftop terrace was the highlight of our stay. The views over old Florence are absolutely beautiful – especially at sunset!
The location is extremely convenient — only a 5-minute walk from the train station and about 8 minutes to the city center and the PAM grocery store. There is a restaurant right downstairs, a small grocery store, and even a little wine window where you can get a glass of wine.
The only minor inconveniences were the elevator, which was sometimes not working, and the fact that there were only two small towels in the room, so we had to look for a couple of extra ones.

The terrace was the best part of the property, the breeze throughout the day and the views were amazing. There was an elevator that we weren’t aware of beforehand which is a big plus in Florence. And the staff was available and responsive at all times. Overall a very simple and comfortable stay.
The AC could’ve been a little better, and maybe more storage room in the bathroom but overall it was great.

Convenient to the station and centrally located. Nice to have the air con.
It wasn’t that easy to find. No sign on the door. When we arrived the room wasn’t ready even though it was gone 3pm. The lady was apologetic and asked us to come back in half an hour. Not really a problem but a bit annoying as we’d had a long day travelling. The room was tiny with nowhere to put anything. The overhead rain shower didn’t work and the toilet seat was broken.
