We liked the value for money. It was also convenient to have a separate room for women with direct access to the shower. Despite there being quite a lot of people in the hostel, the room itself was surprisingly quiet. It is difficult to say whether this was thanks to the room itself or simply the other guests being considerate, but we appreciated it. The location is also quite good.
The room was on the third floor and could only be reached via narrow staircases with fairly long flights between the floors. Carrying luggage all the way up was quite exhausting, especially in hot weather.
The biggest issue for us was the air conditioning. The system was set up in a rather unusual way: the air conditioner was installed in the room, but a large pipe went through the window, meaning that the window had to remain open. This made it difficult to understand how effectively the room could actually be cooled, as hot air was still coming in from outside. During our stay, the room was extremely hot and quite humid. Also pay attention to the fact that you should pay for the towels additionally.
This was particularly uncomfortable because the shower and toilet opened directly into the room. After taking a shower, it was almost impossible to stay dry for more than a few minutes, as we would immediately start sweating again. The humidity made the heat even more difficult to tolerate.
We travelled in company of three people and were given two upper bunks and one lower bunk. The upper beds were especially hot, and my friends could barely sleep because of the temperature. It would have been great to have a better cooling system, particularly during such hot weather.
We also weren't sure where the kitchen was, as we weren't given any information about it. Perhaps there is one somewhere on the floor, but we never managed to find it. A small fridge in the room would also have been very useful, especially during hot weather, so that we could at least keep some water cold.

Great amazing location, friendly hostel mates, cleaning done everyday, great kitchen facilities.
Bathroom cleaning by male cleaner done earlier than bathroom cleaning time was supposed to be while it was being used, people skimming off the top of your stored food in kitchen.

The staff were amazing - totally unconnected to the hostel, my phone was stolen. The lady on reception was so kind and let me make an international call while trying to sort everything out. The entire hostel is so clean, there's real effort put into the maintenance of the place. I really liked this hostel.
