The host, Emanuele, is a very nice and friendly person, which makes staying in his space even more comfortable. The house is very clean and tidy. The house is very close to the central streets, and it is possible to get around on foot.
The room I was in is almost devoid of oxygen; it has a very small window and doesn't get enough ventilation. Given this, a bit of discomfort arose.

The host was super supportive and responsive. The room itself was clean and comfortable.
Since the room is in the basement, the air circulation isn’t the best, although it was still acceptable. There are also some downwards stairs to get to the room, so it might be a little difficult if you have large or heavy luggage.
The drainage in the shared bathroom could also be improved, as the bathroom floor stayed wet during my stay.

Como punto muy positivo el anfitrión. Todo un profesional accesible, atento a todas nuestras necesidades y para darnos información. Fue colaborativo en todo momento y nos ayudo con algún inconveniente q tuvimos derivado de problemas con el vuelo q nos hizo llegar al alojamiento de madrugada. Estamos muy agradecidos.
El alojamiento está reformado, modernizado y estaba muy limpio. La zona bastante alejada del centro. Un paseo bastante largo de más de media hora durante el día para llegar al centro, pero no recomendable para volver por la noche. Se atraviesa además una zona de vías del tren muy solitaria q no quisimos repetir y para regresar teníamos q coger dos autobuses. Aunque el bus era económico a veces en el enlace hemos tenido q esperar bastante tiempo. Un día volvimos en taxi y nos costó 17 euros. En cuanto al alojamiento, el apartamento está en un barrio tranquilo aunque no lo exploramos, pero es un semisotano y nuestra habitación tenía una vestanita a ras de la acera de la calle con nada de ventilación. Tenía un olor muy intenso a humedad y un ambiente cargado y tanto las sábanas como las toallas estaban húmedas y olían a humedad. Para nosotros esto ha sido un gran inconveniente.
