It's like having your own summer holiday home in Florence, where you keep coming back. The place is well curated and beautifully kept, with all the handicrafts and coffee-table books. The facilities are just perfect! Very homely vibe! Kitchen is well equipped; you can have your coffee relaxed on the balcony while soaking in Florentine sun! Overall, we had a great time and a great stay! The owner was extra helpful with our luggage. He helped us keep our luggage after check-out as our train was later that evening. Very considerate and helpful.

Posizione, in prossimità della tranvia, permette di raggiungere il centro storico in breve tempo. Sevizi di prima necessità nelle immediate vicinanze ( supermercati, farmacia etc.)
L’invio dei documenti non intuitivo; si deve uscire dall’applicazione per completare il check-in. Così pure la richiesta del pagamento della tassa di soggiorno tramite bonifico. La biancheria fornita,non viene igienizzata come da normativa risultando maleodorante durante l’utilizzo. L’host ha palesemente richiesto tramite messaggio di avere un feedback da 10 compensandolo con un vaucher da€ 30; il feedback va guadagnato e non può essere monetizzato, detto comportamento viola palesemente le norme sulla trasparenza e sulla condotta!!
