The owner was very kind and attentive at all times. The location is excellent: you can walk to the Santa Maria del Fiore Cathedral, and there is a bus stop with good connections to several tourist areas, plus a tram stop nearby. There are also cafés very close by, where I enjoyed authentic Italian breakfasts. The room was very spacious and clean, and both the air conditioning and the heating worked very well. I recommend it!

A place to stay for one night.
There was mold in the shower area, the room is not as appealing as in the photos.

Clean, Peaceful location, just 2 tram stations away from Firenze S.M.N train station. Tea bags, and cookies available in the kitchen. AC was working well. Big room for the 3 people to stay.Rest everything was good and the host was in contact all the time whenever you needed.
From Belfiore station , walking in the hot summer till the hotel, then we can't cook due to safety reasons. No coffee pods available as it was finished.

We had a decent stay in Florence. The room was comfortable and spacious enough. The location was good, with easy access to public transport.
