Great hostess, very communicative. B & B in good location with access from Tram or 23 Bus line. Coffee was available in a functional kitchen. Breakfast was decent but not the selling point of the property, Good A/C unit, decent shower/bathroom in the room.

It’s a very nice B&B. The room is comfortable. I was worried about the bathroom is outside of our bedroom, but it turned out not bad at all. The bathroom/restroom is clean and only our family use it. Other guests have their own. Francesca, the host is very attentive, kind, and super responsive. She prepared us each take-away breakfast as we left before breakfast time for our tour.

Francesca was the best host we had all of Italy. We took three young adult kids. It was a little different being at a bnb but our kids had a room and my husband and I had one. We had a private bathroom. The kitchen was fully stocked. We had to leave early one day and Francesca made sure we knew we could take anything in the kitchen. The espresso machine was awesome. The bedding was great and very comfortable. No matter what we needed Francesca was very responsive and accommodating. Thanks for the great stay.
It was a bit of a walk to get to all the sights. Bnb was a little awkward with other people but honestly we barely saw them.

Francesca is very friendly, accommodating and professional. The B&B is very clean and our room was big. The design is thoughtful and pretty. We also love how close it is to the historical center and to the train station. Overall, the property is five star ⭐ and host is 10 star 🌟🌟
