The room was big, nice and clean, but location which i thought was close to the train station, was actually far away
Contact with the personel wasn’t good. We made an appointment, the person did not show up and did not let me know in advance that they wouldn’t be coming. They only replied after I asked where they were, after the time, saying that they wouldn’t be coming. She was kind but i think it was unprofessional :(

Great location, convenient to the train station. We did not interact in person with the staff, but they were attentive when messaged and the room was cleaned perfectly each day. Great value for your money and location.

The location was good, close to the tram stop to the airport, 10 minutes walk from the train station and around 15 minutes walk from the centre. There’s a couple of cafes and small shops for water and snacks right outside. Access details were simple and they supplied coffee and water in the room.
The duvet on the bed was a winter duvet so it was too hot at night and there is air conditioning but I would prefer a lighter bed cover. Our room was onto a busy road so you definitely need earplugs (which they do supply), especially when the tram is running. There seemed to be nowhere to put your toiletries in the bathroom or anywhere near a mirror, a shelf in the bathroom above the sink would have been handy.

Excellent location, very convenient from main station and also easily walkable to main attractions.
The room is very noisy and sound insulation is poor, we could hear Trams moving all night, you also feel slight vibrations when tram moves.
The television becomes automatically mute at night, I can understand it is not to cause inconvenience to neighbours but again the sound comes out because of extremely poor sound insulation.
