The room was clean but quite clammy and they only had some fans which you couldn't all plug in because of the very limited amount of sockets.
Originally thought it would have an en-suite bathroom as the other listings for this hostel have "shared bathroom" in the name and this one did not, but it was sadly not the case. The bathrooms were decently clean but the showers were absolutely abhorrent in functionality. Never experienced a worse shower - the shower head was broken and was only dripping water down the back, and the water temperature changed every 20 seconds between cold and hot. Not pleasant whatsoever, especially in 30 degree weather. For the price, I would definitely recommend looking around somewhere else.
Did not see staff apart from at the "reception" sometimes, but they were nice. Also had no noise nuisance from other rooms, so that's a plus.
Accommodation is just outside the ZTL zone, so could park car directly in the street (paid parking of course, to be expected in a big city).
