B&b dove la parola d'ordine è "essenzialità". Si trova a due passi dalla stazione di santa Maria novella, staff simpaticissimo, prezzo onesto e stanza abbastanza grande con phon, un grande ventilatore, armadio, ripiani, comodino, armadietti con lucchetto, sedie, scrivania e balconcino privato. Lo spazio non manca! Il bagno privato è fuori la stanza e si accede tramite chiave personale. Completa l'offerta microonde, bollitore e qualcosina per la colazione.
Manca il bidet (almeno nel bagno che ci è stato assegnato), bagno piccolo ma funzionale, la pressione dell'acqua era bassa ma sufficiente. Inserirei una macchinetta del caffè a cialde. Il vero problema dell'estate saranno le temperature, l'intero edificio era molto caldo e non c'è condizionatore negli spazi comuni e nelle stanze.
