Good sized room. Lots of Reed diffusers in the room (not sure if this is covering a smell?)
The whole apartment / shared area is great. They provide breakfast snacks with a coffee machine. You can purchase fizzy drinks and juices if needed.
Aircon was welcome!
Host is very polite and spoke good English
It is budget, some of the fixings are loose.
The toilet needed to be turned around the other way as it was a bit of a squeeze for long legs! The glass shower door / curtain combo flooded the bathroom a bit.
Taxis are very hit and miss in Florence and using the app they don’t tend to agree to come to this part of Florence as it seems on the edge of the city.

Giuseppe was amazing , helpful and always available.
The room was clean, breakfast , coffee and water always at your dispose. Very friendly!
A little noisy with the trains, if you have problems with noise, better get some earplugs.

The accomodation is not far from the centre - two stops by tram. The tram stop is not far, easy to get to the airport. Clear instructions, easy to get in.
Quiet, as the window overlooks the yard, clean.
Very hard bed, not comfortable to sleep on. Room too small. I spent there only one night, so it didn't matter much, but it would be a problem for a longer stay.
No breakfast at all.
