near the train station, but need to take the tram down to the hotel, room and bathroom are clean
there is kettle in room and staff really friendly and helpful
a bit far from the tram station; big downward is no elevator. Not recommended for heavy suitcases and carry-on. Kitchen in maintenance so cannot cook anything
