Handy location closed to Maria SMN train station and coach travel from Piazzale Montelungo nearby. Great communication from host with check in information. Everything went smoothly. Good options very close by for something to eat and a Spar shop. Not far to walk to the main sights of Florence.
Clean room, comfortable, AC was good.
The noise from the street as there is a tram line running alongside.

El lugar está decorado muy bonito. El edificio es antiguo a nosotras nos encantó, hay un elevador vintage, considérenlo si a uds no les gusta lo antiguo y les da miedo. La ubicación es perfecta, llegas caminando en 20 min aprox a la mayoría de todos los lugares turísticos. El lugar esta equipado con cocina, refrigerador y todo lo necesario para que te prepares lonches por sí solo quieres gastar en cafés o bebidas.

Qué había café 😊
Las toallas estaban muy ricas y la cama calientita.
Pero la base de la cama está pésima, tiene hoyos y se hunde el colchón.
La temperatura era de 6 ° con sensación térmica de 2° y tuvimos que bañarnos con el agua helada nunca salió caliente y al llamar al anfitrión me dijo que era muy tarde para resolver.
Nos compartieron el wi-fi pero nunca nos pudimos conectar, no nosotras ni algún otro huésped de las otras 3 habitaciones. Y al contactar por Whatsapp al anfitrión nos dijo que ya teníamos que hacer check out.
Hay un cobro extra por usar la lavadora.
La habitación tiembla con el paso del tren y hay mucho ruido.
