Very nice owner everything I needed was in the room nice breakfast included. The location was excellent for my visit to the Football . Nice shower and Bathroom and I had the use of the kitchen for eating and cooking .

Kind staff, room was a good size, extra blanket provided, and nice breakfast.
The base of the bed made a loud noise with every movement. The geyser was quite loud too.

Reasonably priced compared to most of Florence, this stay was fine for a couple of nights. Good AC in room. Nice to have breakfast provided and the juice/yogurts/fruit was good.
Breakfast cakes/pastries/biscuits were pre-packed food of poor quality.. Room had dead flies on the walls, the shower went from boiling hot to freezing cold every few minutes, and the room was very light in the morning despite the shutters and curtains. Had to arrange a time to arrive with host and meet them there - a lockbox would be better! Also the ability to pay online/by card would be good. My bed was also very uncomfortable, the pillows were very hard.
