Lokalizacja jest bardzo dobra, jest blisko spacerem do centrum. Jednak trzeba wziąć pod uwagę to, że znajduje się warsztat pod budynkiem
Przede wszystkim jak przyjechaliśmy nie było czysto w obiekcie. Czyste skarpetki stały się okropnie brudne. Podobnie zasłony na wejściu do mieszkania. Wiecznie zapychający się zlew- chwila mycia twarzy i niestety cały zlew był zapchany. Dostaliśmy informację po przyjeździe o urządzeniu odstraszającym komary w kontakcie- nie było go. W pokoju mimo klimatyzacji panował zaduch. Nie dało się z tym nic zrobić. Podobnie w łazience. W łazience nie było półki na kosmetyki- jedynie jedna nad zlewem, która była krzywa i wszystko spadało…
