Comfortable with air conditioning and very clean. Staff were welcoming and helpful.
The lifts was small and quaint at the same time. Only allowed one person with luggage at a time but beats having to carry luggage up flights of stairs so still appreciated.

The location was perfect for me, a short ride either by train, bus or taxi from Florence. This is an organic vineyard of olive trees and grape vines; olive oil and wine tasting are well described and plentiful. The staff is well educated in the process and exceptional in hospitality. My pictures do not show the charm and hospitality of the property and staff.
Everything was perfect. Beyond my expectations.

Location was incredible, staff were even better!! Would rate 20/10 if I could. Paolo made sure all of our needs were met and that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Will definitely be back!!
