The bed and breakfast was so homely, we felt extremely welcomed and comfortable during our stay.
The location could not be more perfect
The stairs..we knew about this prior so not a complaint, but phew they are hard work with your cases.
Due to the central location there is some street noise, as you would expect.

Amazing location, right at the heart of the old city of Florence. The place has everything you'd expect from an old city house turned B&B. The manager makes the place alive and help you get the full Florence experience by providing valuable information about the cities and informing you about places to visit.
P.s. The views from the terrace at night will make your stay memorable.
The room was a bit crammed for featuring a rustic closet and a sidetable that we ended up never using; we had to rearrange the furniture a bit to make for more space.

Location was perfect. The air conditioning was very good. Spacious. Clean. Would definitely stay here again.
It was a little bit noisy at night but that was because it was so central so it wasn’t a problem at all.

The location, it was perfect! The rooftop terrace was a nice edition and we appreciated the coffee machine. The mattress was also super comfortable. The host Gabriella was very welcoming and gave great suggestions of places to visit.
We stayed here knowing it was an older historical property, which we appreciated, but it could really benefit from some modernising to make it more comfortable for guests. The en suite in particular needed attention — the toilet seat was broken and when I asked the host about it, I was told I needed to tighten the screws. The shower curtain was also quite unpleasant and felt very outdated in a dark ensuite. Modernising the en suites would make a big difference along with replacing the dark old curtains and bedding.
The 77 steps up to the B&B were definitely challenging at times, but we were aware of this before booking so it didn’t bother us too much.
Breakfast was basic but fine, packaged pancakes and croissants, along with toast, cereal and yogurt.
Overall, the property has a lot of charm and potential because of its historic character, and with a few thoughtful updates and improvements it could truly be a little jewel.
