Might have been our favorite stay during 16 days in Italy. Amazing location, exceptional value and an amazing host. Alex gave us best restaurant recommendations and even suggestions on where to travel to in Tuscany. Property is exceptional as well. Well restored 14th century building. Living history with ultra modern amenities

Great location.
Two things - toilet rolls not replaced in room one day and the property is internally very noisy. I was woken up by loud voices in the corridors twice (cleaning staff), and loud people in the room next door.
