Great location in Florence, friendly helpful Staff. Room was clean and included complimentary stocked fridge and Coffee Maker.
Didn't have a rack to put our suitcase on.

The location is very central, walking distance to many attractions and restaurants.
Rooms are clean and tidied up daily.
Rooms are spacious with comfortable mattress and pillows.
Basic breakfast to get you going.
The B&B is located amidst a daily market so it is is very noisy especially when the market closes at night and opens early in the morning (tents are removed and re-installed daily), and during the weekend.
Second floor, no elevator & no one to help with luggage.
When I complained on a Saturday about hot water not being available I was told no technician is available until Tuesday (Monday was a holiday).
