Great location and beautiful room
Beds were very very firm. Some might like these but if you don’t prefer a firm mattress you might not be very comfortable.

Excellent location, friendly staff, beautiful room and bathroom. They were also happy to store our luggage after we checked out so that we could enjoy Florence for the rest of the day. Conveniet laundromat right across the street.

Convenient location. It's situated on a busy street however you don't hear much with the double windows. Good size room.
The air conditioner is behind a curtain which makes it quite ineffective as all the air goes into the window. We had to try and balance items on the sill so air would circulate around the room.

Location was great. We could leave our bags there before check in times.
Bathroom had a sewer like smell. Very, very disappointing breakfast. All packaged stuff laid out on a table, no place to sit for breakfast. And it was advertised as ‘good breakfast’!. Bed was hard and uncomfortable.
