Relais & Maison Grand Tour is truly breathtaking. The property has so much charm, character, and historic beauty. We were in Florence for only one day, and the staff made it completely seamless—they were genuinely warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to help us, providing fantastic recommendations that helped us make the absolute most of our short stay.
Everything was spotless and immaculately clean. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the terrace was such a wonderful, relaxing spot to unwind. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

The location is perfect, on a quiet street away from the crowds yet with all the main sites within easy walking distance. It was so easy to navigate. Ulrike was very friendly and helpful. She gave us directions from the tram terminus five minutes walk away and was waiting for us when we arrived. She introduced us to the room and facilities and provided a map with a few pointers to key tourist locations, restaurants etc. The area felt very safe and Il Vezzo on the corner was a great little restaurant.
