Central hotel, located just 1 min to the Dome. We got a bigger room at check-in. This was nice. Clean, silent, good size room. Carrefour market al the ground floor. A commune room for breakfast or having a snack is available. Luggage store before check-in and after check-out. Friendly staff.

Perfect location, nice staff and very quick response for our request. Felt safe and the windows blocked the street noise completely!!

Property was central located, great value, very clean. The window and shutters opened onto the street was great
The beds and pillows were hard....

Clean room, good room service. GREAT location; walk to the Duomo in under 5 minutes. Also, there is a Carrefour Express underneath in the same building.
Didn't like that there is no one full-time at reception, only from 8 to 8. We checked in late, and they left our keys under the mat. Gave me anxiety, especially with kids. Very small hotel. No kettle or microwave.Internet was choppy.
